Calliope Sudborough

Calliope is a Deputy Manager of the ICC International Centre for ADR, where her primary duty is case management under the ICC’s ADR, Expertise, Dispute Boards, and DOCDEX Rules and the development of the Annual ICC International Mediation Conference which she co-founded. In addition, she regularly speaks about ADR, expertise and dispute boards at international conferences.
An American attorney admitted to the Bar of New York, Calliope has also trained to become a mediator. She is a Vice Chair of the International Mediation Committee of the American Bar Association (International Law Section) and a regular contributor to the bi-annual World
Forum of Mediation Centres of the UIA (Union International des Avocats).
Formerly Chief Articles Editor of the Suffolk University Law School Transnational Law Review, Calliope has published articles on international law and dispute resolution in various international law compendia.
Calliope began her career at ICC in 2008 as Project Manager – Lawyer, principally in charge of the renowned ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition.
