Eduardo Villellas

Eduardo regularly contributes articles to specialist magazines as well as to the Firm’s International Newsletter.
He also participated in the Comentarios a la Ley de Arbitraje de 2003 (Aranzadi, 2005), a commentary on arbitration law. In addition, Eduardo is co-author of Código de Arbitraje (Aranzadi, 2nd ed., 2009), a volume compiling and commenting on statutory materials and rules on arbitration.
Eduardo Villellas studied Law at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid.
Currently, Eduardo is a partner of the Litigation and Arbitration Department at PEREZ-LLORCA and he is specialist in international and local commercial litigation and arbitration. Eduardo has significant experience in domestic and international commercial arbitration, both institutional and at an international level. He has
participated in important arbitrations held before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and in domestic arbitration before entities such as the Arbitration Tribunal of Barcelona (TAB), Arbitration Court of Madrid (CAM), and the Commercial and Civil Arbitration Court (CIMA).
