Elena Sevila. Associate at Araoz & Rueda, Litigation Department. Prior to joining Araoz & Rueda she was an associate in the Litigation Department of Garrigues Alicante (2009-2010). J.D. from Universidad de Alicante, postgraduate degree (Diplôme d’études Approfondies) in European Community Law from the University of Geneva (2007-2008), LL.M. in Mediation, Arbitration and Litigation from the University of Geneva Law Faculty and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (2008- 2009) and postgraduate degree in IP/ IT and information society law (e-commerce) from the University of Alicante (2008), her practice focuses on litigation and arbitration, where she advises domestic and international clients in a wide range of disputes, involving Spanish Court proceedings and matters administered by
domestic and international arbitral institutions.
