Gregori Travaini is Associate (International Arbitration Department) at Herbert Smith LLP, Paris, France.
Gregori is Deputy Counsel (France/Benelux/Middle- East/Africa Team), ICC Court of International Arbitration, Paris, France and is directly in charge of approximately 100 ICC arbitration cases involving disputes between companies, states and/or individuals, in matters relating to energy, construction, investment treaties and other general commercial issues.
Gregori was admitted in the Paris Bar, EFB – (Paris, France), in 2009 and concluded with success a Masters in Comparative Law, Université Panthéon- Assas (Paris II) – Distinction (Top student) and an LL.M in International and Comparative Dispute Resolution, University of London – Merit.
Gregori has also published several articles such as of how to coach a team participating in International Law Moots, Vindobona Journal of International Commercial Law and Arbitration, Vol. 15(1) (2011).
