Joseph Brubaker

Joseph Brubaker practices in international dispute resolution through arbitration and litigation in the Washington, D.C. office of White& Case LLP.
Joseph has served as counsel to corporate and sovereign clients in Asia, Europe, the Americas and Africa, including in arbitrations under the ICSID, ICC, LCIA, AAA, UNCITRAL, IACAC and JAMS arbitration rules.
His experience includes matters concerning terrorism, oil & gas, construction, mining & metals, finance, and corruption.
Joseph is also an adjunct professor at the Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, where he teaches international arbitration and international litigation.
Prior to joining White & Case LLP, he completed a clerkship at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France.
Joseph received a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Master of Laws from Cambridge University.
