Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association, 1970.

Education
University of Lisbon, Law School Professor, Commercial Law, Lisbon Business School, 1970-1978 and current visiting professor of Arbitration Law at the Law School of the Nova University in Lisbon.

Founding partner the law firm Barrocas & Associados.

- Arbitrator of CIMA (Corte Civil y Mercantil de Arbitraje, Madrid)
- Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1970
