Marc-Antoine Carreira da Cruz

Marc-Antoine Carreira da Cruz is currently an Assistant at the Brussels House of Parliament where he advises on legal matters and on bills drafting processes.
He was a PhD researcher at the Institute of Peace and Development Law (IDPD) at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis from 2012 to 2015 and scientific advisor at the Law School of the Free University of Brussels (ULB) from 2012 to 2013.
He specializes in standardization and law, WTO law (TBT Agreement issues), and corporate social responsibility in International business law.
Marc-Antoine Carreira da Cruz is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International law from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis (2015). He holds a LLM in International business law from the Free University of Brussels (2008) and certifications from UC Berkeley and Georgetown University (2013) in American law and WTO law.
He has published articles in the French Review of Public International Law (RGDIP), the Belgian Review of International Law, and was a chairman at the Business
Ethics and Law session of the SIBR-Thammasat Conference on Interdisciplinary Business & Economic Research in Bangkok, Thailand.
