Marie-Christin Englmann

Marie-Christin Englmann is currently completing the Referendariat (legal clerkship for the Second State Examination) at the Kammergericht of Berlin, Germany. She is a graduate in law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. In 2004 she worked for the European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium. Between 2008 and 2009 she passed the LL.M program of Queen Mary, University of London, where she studied International Commercial Arbitration, International Commercial Law and International Competition Law. She is a member of the Alumni & Friends of the School of International Arbitration (AFSIA) of the University of London. At the moment she is finishing her PhD studies. In the context with her PhD studies she gave a lecture on the topic „Brussels I and arbitration“ at a seminar of the University of Frankfurt, Zurich and Innsbruck in January 2010.
