Oksana Matushevska obtained an LLM on International Commercial Arbitration Law from Stockholm University in 2007 and an LLM with merit on Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary, University of London in 2008.
The major subjects of specialization are International Commercial Arbitration Law, Trade and Investment Arbitration Law, Human Rights Law. She gained practical experience at the European Court of Human Rights, Strasbourg, International Arbitration Group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Paris and International Arbitration and Litigation Practice of Magisters, Ukraine. Currently, she works as a self-employed advocate in Ukraine.
Ms Matushevska is a member of YIAG at the LCIA, a regional member of the Alumni & Friends of the School of International Arbitration (AFSIA) Ukraine National Committee and Ukrainian Bar Association. She speaks, Ukrainian, Russian,
English and French.
