YAR – Young Arbitration Review was launched in January, 10 2011 by two Portuguese lawyers practicing in Lisbon.
It is the first under 40 Portuguese International Arbitration Review, written in English, by lawyers from several jurisdictions and spread worldwide.
Aimed at the development of arbitration as an alternative method for dispute resolution, YAR – Young Arbitration Review is meant to be a unique tool for arbitration players to be informed and to be aware of the developments of arbitration from an international perspective.
YAR – Young Arbitration Review is an independent Publication and relies on the contributions of practitioners and all those pursuing studies in international arbitration.
It is distributed on-line to its subscribers every four months, in January, April, July and October.
We hope you enjoy reading and participating in YAR – Young Arbitration Review.
