Sara Romano de Castro

Assistant to the Secretary-General of the Portuguese National Delegation of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Portugal), since September 2010, she is responsible for daily management of the activities of ICC Portugal, organizing and running training sessions and workshops on ICC tools and policy work (notably Incoterms®2010 and the international sale contract), organizing conferences and providing consultancy services to enterprises in the matters of international trade.
Law degree, Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon (2001/2006). As lawyer at the law firm Miranda Correia Amendoeira & Associados (2006-2009), Sara focused mainly in international commercial and corporate law and at the law firm Gouveia Pereira & Associados (2009-2010), she worked mostly in the areas of labor law and social
security, commercial and corporate law.
Sara attended several courses by IC, such as the ICC Advanced training on International Contract and the ICC Masterclass on Incoterms®2010.
Sara is fluent in English.
