Vanina Sucharitkul

Vanina Sucharitkul is a Thai Member of the Court of International Arbitration and is in charge of the administration of ICC arbitrations, including fixing the place of arbitration, scrutinizing and approving all arbitral awards to ensure enforceability, deciding on challenges filed against arbitrators, and assessing whether there is a prima facie ICC arbitration agreement.
Vanina works at Herbert Smith as International Arbitration Associate in Bangkok, Thailand, with a previous secondment at the Paris office.
Vanina concluded with success a Master of Laws with honours, International Law, May 2008, at the GOLDEN GATE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW with the thesis on Capital Punishment in Thailand and California and the Implementation of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations on Foreigners Convicted of Capital Crimes.
